  • Scaling AI for enterprise solutions: 
    • Automate campaign analytics and content creation.
    • Use only the materials on hand (paper, glue, yarn, Popsicle sticks).
    • Predict trends and maximize ROI.
    • Boost engagement by integrating chatbots into marketing workflows.

  • While the example shown is for teachers, the method can apply to online sales:
    • Prompts can identify a customer’s needs and recommend solutions.
    • Include links to required items, related training, or resources for successful implementation.

  • Sales Training: Generate ideas for programs tailored to a company’s products.
  • Customer Relations: Offer real-time suggestions for handling difficult customer interactions.

Key Features of the Approach:

By leveraging chain-of-thought (COT), a logical prompt and real-world constraints, this chatbot uses advanced logic to complete the task. Plus, it makes a API call to Google search to inject actual search results into the prompt.  Can be used in education, sales, or creative problem-solving.

  • The chatbot followed a logical process:
    • Defines the agent as an SEO professional.
    • Defines the process – What steps the agent will follow to complete the analysis.  
    • Gives clear instruction on what the deliverable is.

  • While this example is for SEO professionals, the same method can apply: 
    • Identify changes in competitors content and provide a summary. 
    • Analyze and summarize complex content.

  • Sales Funnel: Analyze each stage, pinpointing friction points and improvements. 
  • Nonprofits: Respond faster to news or legislation by defining key messages, communication channels. and action steps.
  • Idea Generation: Your brand message is codified when ideas are built around your core values, voice, and mission. 

Building a Review Chatbot

Challenges and Learnings

Building a custom chatbot that calls the Google Places API, sends business reviews to MS Azure for analysis, and returns actionable insights is an exciting but complex process. Here’s our current progress:

Current Status

We’ve successfully set up the foundation for our chatbot. The Google API has been setup and tested as a local deployment and production.

including designing prompts and exploring integration with Google Search. However, challenges remain in automating the process seamlessly.

Key Hurdles

Container Deployment: Setting up a Docker container for the Google API. The process is not straight forwrd and I hired a developer to create a series of codes to generate the API setup. 

has proven more intricate than expected, with issues around image creation and build configurations.
Google Search Integration: Configuring the chatbot to perform a Google search and extract meaningful results requires robust APIs and accurate parsing mechanisms.

What We’re Learning

Publishing a custom chatbot involves understanding multiple systems like API, setups using a terminal, and using functions in MSAzure.

Docker, APIs, and cloud deployment. Simplifying the user experience while handling complex backend tasks is a balancing act.
