As a Senior Marketing Director, I’ve spent a lot of time figuring out how to make the most of artificial intelligence (AI) in our marketing strategies. So, what exactly is agentic AI?

In essence, agentic AI transforms how we engage with technology. While generative AI works as a tool that responds to our prompts, agentic AI evolves into a system that actively pursues goals, makes decisions, and takes actions autonomously across various tools and data.
